General summary: Takes OG2 and compresses it into a helpful way to make your own routines using the book principles. It logs workouts and shows you what you did last time so you can aim to improve your progressively overload by increasing reps, sets, or other improvements. It also reminds you of the most helpful principles when making a routine and not getting caught up with paralysis by analysis. Not for everyone obviously but should be very helpful for a good segment of people.

Here is a video demo on what it looks like:

Other routines/programs are going to be added

  • Currently they’re building a ‘program maker’ which means I can start to build some programs in the app which is supposed to be ready in the next month or two. I have several ideas for this such as the breaking plateaus article which I will probably make some set programs to help people break through plateaus with common exercises like front lever and planche first. Then branch out to others.

Adding the programming for plateau breaking seems like it will be the most helpful for the largest amount of people, so I’m pretty excited to do that. It always seems like the most people still have issues and questions on figuring out how to modify programming to keep on improving, so this will probably make the cost more than worth it.

Pricing

  • One time purchase of $49.99. If you’re not on USD currency I think it’s similarly priced.
  • Pre-answering discount code questions: Unfortunately, we can’t do discount codes, especially for those who have previously purchased the book, because the integration with Google play and Apple app store doesn’t allow it to work. We initially had the annual price higher, but we reduced it to compensate for this.
